Horison Bandung is not in the city centre. Yet it has managed to remain a popular hotel in Bandung for all these years.
In no small measure to its host of excellent restaurants, drinking holes and the ABG Plaza next door. It is located in Buah Batu, 5km away from the middle of Bandung.
It is 4 km from bus station, and 7 km from railway station.
This is clearly a 4 star property popular with the Jakarta crowd.
It is heavily booked on the weekends. Weekdays present excellent value.
The rooms are large, and furnished with new furniture in modern style. They are clean,
and have the usual mirror and marble ensemble in the bathrooms. There is cable television in each room
There is a swimming pool, with even a pool bar in the middle. The gardens are large and children will enjoy them.
The Horison Hotel has no gym, but the bar and lounge are excellent places to enjoy the evening.
Otherwise nip across the car park to the entertainment complex with its retinue of discos, bars and rock music.
The restaurant has a wide selection on offer Overall, the Horison does provide some swank.
It offers excellent value for money
